WHEN'S THE BEST TIME TO BOOK?
I only book 15ish weddings per year. With that being said, I would reach out as soon as possible to secure your date. 

WHAT DOES YOUR AUDIO EQUIPMENT LOOK LIKE?
We have 4 audio devices running. We use use 1-2 lav mic's to capture the audio during your ceremony a Sony recorder, and plug into speakers if available. A lav mic will be put on the groom, and possibly the officiant. We record the toasts by plugging directly into the DJ's soundboard if the DJ allows, use both lavs, and a Sony recorder.

WHAT IF I WANT YOU TO CHANGE SOMETHING IN MY FILM?
If you have any specifics before we edit (please don't add our vows, please don't include a specific person, etc.) please let us know before hand and we will make sure all your requests happen! However, after we edit and deliver your film, it gets a bit tricky! We want to make sure you LOVE your film. You have 30 days to let us know of any edits you may want. You would then be charged an hourly fee of $80 to make these edits.

HOW DO YOU DELIVER OUR FILM?
We like a good old fashion USB. You will get an online link to share with family and friends of your highlight film. The highlight film, and whatever else is included in your package, will also be sent to you via snail mail on a custom USB. We love technology, but who knows what could happen! Sending a physical copy of your film ensures your footage will be safe. You also have the option to add on a video book. The documentary package includes this!



CAN I PICK THE MUSIC YOU USE FOR OUR FILM?
Unfortunately, no. This is due to copyright issues. If we were to use a mainstream song, chances are, we couldn't post it and neither could you! While we cannot take song requests, we would love to hear your opinions on different genres. 

HOW LONG AFTER THE WEDDING WILL I GET MY FILM?
It varies, but our contract states it will be up to 15 weeks. It depends on where in the year your wedding lands. 

HOW DO WE SAVE OUR DATE?
If you decide to work with us (YAY!), a 25% deposit is due at the time of booking. This will save your date. The remainder is due 2 weeks before your big day. 

DOES THE PHOTO BOOTH INCLUDE PRINTS?
No, our photo booth does not include prints. This is because we wanted to keep our photo booth more affordable. To do prints, it would require an attendant as well as a printer. We also find that when we do prints, most are left at the venue! Our photo booth gives guests an option to text or email their image to themselves. The couple also receives a digital album including all images. 


CAN YOU TELL ME MORE ABOUT THE DRONE AND HOW THIS WORKS?
If your package includes drone footage, we will make sure that your venue / location allows drones to be flown. Unfortunately if they don't, there isn't much we can do about it. It's also important to remember that the drone is flown -- weather permitting. If it is raining, storming, or there are high winds, unfortunately we are unable to fly the drone. If this happens, it's unfortunately out of our hands. You would not receive a refund. 


ARE YOU GOING TO POST OUR FILM ON SOCIAL MEDIA?
We love sharing your footage online! Once we shoot your wedding or you use our photo booth, the footage/images become ours and we can use it in any way on our website and/or social media. If you would not like us to share your footage, let us know when you sign the contract.
